1. Cancellations
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@samagrastore.in or through your account on samagrastore.in.
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days of cancellation request approval.
Post-Shipment Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped by the drop shipper. However, you may return the product as per our Return Policy (see below).
1.2 Order Modification Requests
We do not support modifications (like changing size, color, etc.) to orders once placed. You may cancel the original order (if pre-shipment) and place a new order for the desired product.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if they are:
Unused, Unopened, Undamaged, and in Original Packaging: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
Returned Within 7 Days of Delivery: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products that are personalized, perishable, or marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return unless defective.
2.2 Return Process
Initiating a Return:
Contact support@samagrastore.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and any other relevant details.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days if your return is approved.
You must ship the product back to the drop shipper’s address provided by us within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number.
Return Shipping:
Return Shipping Costs Are Borne by the Customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, etc.), in which case we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
You are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for return to avoid damage in transit.
2.3 Refund Process
Refund Approval:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product at the drop shipper, we will notify you via email within 3 business days if the return is approved.
If approved, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the product + applicable taxes within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase via Razorpay.
Deductions from Refund:
If return shipping was paid by us (in case of error on our part), we may deduct return shipping costs from the refund if you were informed of this possibility beforehand.
If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original packaging, we reserve the right to partially or fully deny the refund and charge a restocking fee (up to 10% of product price).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:
Personalized or Customized Products (unless defective)
Perishable Goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Products Marked “Non-Returnable” on samagrastore.in
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
Contact support@samagrastore.in within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement (if replacement is available).
For replacements, we will ship the correct product within 3-5 business days after receiving the defective/incorrect item.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved Refunds Are Processed Within 5-7 Business Days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
You Will Receive an Email Confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank/payment provider to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days depending on method).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, etc., please:
Cancel the Order (if pre-shipment) and place a new order for the desired product.
Return the Original Product (if post-shipment) and place a new order.
