Orders and Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to you via email/SMS. You can use this link or visit our website’s “Track Order” page to check the current status.
What is the typical delivery time?
Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery to remote areas might take a little longer.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹700. A nominal shipping fee (e.g., ₹50 – ₹100) applies to orders below ₹700. The exact charge will be displayed at Checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, or until it has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service immediately at support@samagrastore.in.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD services to most serviceable pin codes. This option’s availability will be checked based on your address at the Checkout page.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
What is your return policy ?
We offer an easy return/exchange policy for most products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Please note that certain items like Jewellery and Health & Beauty products may have limited returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check our detailed Return & Refund Policy for complete information.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We apologize for any inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a box opening video and photos at support@samagrastore.in. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
When will my refund be processed?
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days. Bank/Card refunds may take an additional 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Can I exchange one product for a completely different one?
Yes, you can request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product (subject to stock availability). If you wish to purchase a completely different item, you should return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and COD in select areas.
