1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. The product is **damaged**, **defective**, or **wrong item delivered**

2. Return request is raised within **7 days** of delivery

3. Product must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in **original packaging** with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact

 We do **not** accept returns for:

1. Change of mind

2. Color or size issues (if correctly delivered)

3. Used or damaged products after delivery

4. Products bought under clearance / sale (unless damaged)

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

1. Approved refunds will be processed within **5–7 working days**

2. Refund will be credited to:

3. Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

4. Bank account / UPI (for Cash on Delivery orders)

 Bank processing time may vary and is not under our control.

4. Replacement

1. Replacement will be offered for **damaged or defective products**

2. Subject to **product availability**

3. If replacement is unavailable, a **full refund** will be issued

5. Shipping Cost

1.Return shipping cost will be **borne by Samagra Store** only if:

2. Wrong product delivered

3. Product is damaged or defective

4. In other cases, return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled **before dispatch only**

2. Once shipped, cancellation is **not allowed**

3. COD orders refused at delivery may lead to **future order restrictions**
