Shipping Method and Time 1.1 Drop Shipping Model
Drop Shipping Fulfillment: Samagra Store uses a drop shipping model, meaning orders are fulfilled directly by our third-party drop shippers to your provided shipping address. We do not hold any inventory.
Shipping Carriers: Drop shippers partner with reputable carriers like Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, etc. (exact carrier may vary per drop shipper and location).
1.2 Shipping Estimates and Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Times Are Provided at Checkout: During checkout on samagrastore.in, we provide estimated delivery dates based on your location, product availability with the drop shipper, and chosen shipping method.
Standard Delivery (Within India): Typically 3-7 business days within India depending on location and product availability with drop shipper.
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days.
Other cities: 5-7 business days.
Remote areas may take longer (up to 10 business days).
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to drop shippers within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
Delays Out of Our Control: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors like customs, weather, carrier issues, drop shipper stockouts, etc. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in resolution.
Shipping Charges 2.1 Calculation of Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges Are Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, your location, and chosen shipping speed, and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Free Shipping on Orders Above ₹700: We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹700 within India. Use code FREESHIP700 at checkout if applicable.
Additional Charges for Remote Areas: For remote, hard-to-reach locations in India, drop shippers may charge extra. Such charges (if any) will be communicated at checkout.
Order Tracking 3.1 Tracking Your Order
Tracking Number Provided Post-Shipment: Once your order is shipped by the drop shipper, we will email you a tracking number + carrier details so you can track your shipment directly.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details typically within 1-2 business days after order shipment.
Track Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s official website (link will be provided in email).
Support for Tracking Issues: If you have trouble tracking or need help, contact support@samagrastore.in.
Shipment Delivery and Risk of Loss 4.1 Delivery Confirmation
Delivery Considered Complete: Delivery is considered complete once the drop shipper hands over the package to you, leaves it at your doorstep, or as per carrier policy.
Risk of Loss Transfers to You on Delivery: Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided by you.
4.2 Proof of Delivery
Drop shippers and carriers may provide proof of delivery (POD) if required. Samagra Store is not responsible for verifying POD unless explicitly requested.
Undelivered Shipments, Returns to Origin (RTO), and Address Issues 5.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Your Responsibility for Correct Address: It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address. If the address is incorrect/incomplete:
The order may be returned to origin (RTO) by the carrier.
You may be asked to pay for reshipment (if reshipment is possible) or we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping charges + RTO fees (if any).
Address Modification Window: You can request to modify the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact support@samagrastore.in ASAP if you need to update the address.
5.2 Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted but you are unavailable, refuse delivery, or the address is incomplete:
Carrier will typically attempt delivery 1-2 more times depending on their policy.
If still unsuccessful, the package may be returned to origin (RTO).
You will be notified via email if this happens. You can contact us to discuss reshipment or refund options.
International Shipping (if applicable) 6.1 Currently No International Shipping
At Present, Samagra Store Only Ships Within India. We do not offer international shipping.
Special Arrangements for International Orders: If you need international shipping for bulk orders or special circumstances, contact support@samagrastore.in BEFORE placing an order. We may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Lost Shipments 7.1 Damage or Loss in Transit
Carrier Responsibility Primarily: If a product is damaged or lost in transit, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier + drop shipper.
You Should File a Claim with Carrier First: For damaged/lost items, you should file a claim directly with the carrier (Delhivery, Ecom, etc.) using the tracking number.
Our Assistance: Samagra Store will assist you in filing the claim with the drop shipper/carrier if needed – contact support@samagrastore.in with details + photos/videos of damage.
Refund/Replacement if Claim Approved: If the carrier/drop shipper approves the claim, we will process a refund or replacement (if available) within 5-7 business days post claim settlement.
Split Shipments and Partial Orders 8.1 Items from Multiple Drop Shippers
If you order multiple products that are fulfilled by different drop shippers, your order may be shipped in multiple packages and you may receive them at different times.
You Won’t Be Charged Extra for Split Shipments Unless Stated Otherwise at Checkout: We try to consolidate where possible. No extra shipping is charged if split, but you may see multiple tracking numbers.
